And now, finally or in conclusion, I will emphasise PLANNING, because that is where most people miss it. Catch this, and you will thank God and fly high.
Seriously, I am sharing with you all these, first, on Instruction and Inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and secondly, what has or had taken me more than 25 years to learn from experience, mistakes, lessons, some bitter and the Mercy of God. Please read it carefully and meditate on all aspects till it becomes a revelation to your spirit. The Lord will help you.
OK, let us go.
So now you have this Vision to do something or become something or someone, but how do you plan to achieve your Vision?
Remember, VISION is at the mercy of PLANNING. Always remember that.
God will show you HIS purpose (notice and realise I said HIS), but He will leave you to plan or actualise it. God will provide the wind, but it is you who must set the sails. Even if God rains manna down from Heaven, must He now feed it into your mouth? 🙄
God does NOT plan for any man or woman. In other words, NO VISION fulfils itself.
Now note, planning is NOT what we will do, BUT what is AVAILABLE to do within the given resources. This is so important.
PLAN with what is AVAILABLE. I repeat, PLAN WITH WHAT IS AVAILABLE.
In other words, PLAN SMALL! START SMALL!
“Though thy beginning is very small, thy LATTER days shall be great”. (Job 8:7).
God always starts and uses what is in your hand.
“And Moses answered and said, BUT behold, they will not believe me, NOR hearken unto my voice: for they will say, “The Lord hath NOT appeared unto thee” (Exodus 4:1).
“And the Lord SAID unto him, {put your name}, WHAT IS THAT IN THINE HAND?” (Exodus 4:2).
“And Elisha said unto her, what shall I do for thee? Tell me, WHAT HAS THOU IN THE HOUSE? (2 Kings 4:2).
Something I have been given can be traded for anything I want.
Remember, God works with what you have to receive what you want.
Great eyes do not guarantee great ears.
What are the things you most like about yourself?
What are the things God likes about you?
That is the GOAL! The WHAT.
The PLAN is the HOW.
You do not grow BIG to plan well. You PLAN well to grow BIG.
Beware of PUBLIC IMAGE SYNDROME that makes you want to do what you cannot afford.
Plan the Implementation STRATEGY.
Lay hold of the FACTS.
Develop a STRUCTURE.
In other words, KNOW the FACTS regarding the GOAL, BUSINESS, etc., and USE the FACTS in PLANNING.
STUDY (PROVERS 24:3-5 AMP) No, I am not telling you what is there. Go look it up for yourself. 😂❤️
Meditate on it till LIGHT comes, and you know exactly what to do.
I guarantee you. You will be amazed.
So, you plan the Implementation Strategy. HOW? by LAYING HOLD ON THE facts REGARDING the VISION or BUSINESS etc.
Then you ARRANGE the FACTS in their order of PRIORITY.
And then, you DEVELOP a STRUCTURE that will become an operational module.
Always remember, you PLAN with what is AVAILABLE.
That is God’s way. Trust me, I know.
I started my Ministry with £40.
God even taught me how to build my website using Vistaprint (the cheapest). I started with a £5 Template website with many trials and errors, and I printed Cards for £10. Registered the Ministry name, Domain name etc., with £20.
And I started the Ministry Trumpet Gold UK, which later morphed into Eagle Lion Ministries, from my room in Hampstead, London. And I can tell you, 25 years on, it is only now that the MINISTRY is beginning to affect lives and make an impact all over the world. Glory to God!
We started everything at Eagle-Lion Ministries in Weymouth, Dorset in 2016 the same way. Small.
Only now are we beginning to affect our generation to the Glory to God.
I began my Ministry to the Polish people in Dorset in 2016 by going into factories to work for a month at a time. It was something I had never done before, and it was challenging for me at first. However, as time went on, I began to see the harvest of souls of precious Polish people into the Kingdom of God. I still count many Polish people from back then as friends today.
If the Lord builds the House, there will be no Stress”. JUST START! and you will watch the Lord do the impossible.
What I am sharing with you today took me years and years to learn.
PLAN WITH WHAT IS AVAILABLE.
Whatever you need to do God’s work or fulfil God’s purpose is already inside you or with you right where you are. In 2020, during the Lockdown, the Lord started to inspire me to write, and at first, I was sceptical because it was such a daunting challenge. But to God be the Glory in only two years, I have already published 2-3 books and many more to come to His Glory.
Today, I am finally beginning to see the offshoots of all the things God put into my spirit when I became born again. Finally, I am seeing GOD starting to bring about ALL the great DREAMS He has put in my heart, and it is still the same DREAMS He showed me on the 1 Jan 1995 at 3.15 am. NOTHING HAS CHANGED except TIME, and the ignorant and small child (me) is finally matured and GROWN UP.
And I hope this has inspired you to START what God has or is putting in your Heart. JUST START. You have everything.
It may be praying 30 mins in the Spirit every morning. It may be passing out some tracts, taking a Bro or Sis out for a cup of tea or coffee to chat, encouraging and sharing a word from the Bible, or just buying a book or present to give to a Bro or Sister and show some Christian love. Notice I said Christian love…Lol
Every little thing or small thing we do for God, or His Glory, never goes unnoticed in Heaven.

FULFILL YOUR CALLING. FULFILL YOUR DESTINY:
WHAT A FUTURE:
The devil is here to stay on the earth and will not just pack up and go home (Revelation 12:12), even though God has promised you victory in your life. You must kick him (the devil) out of your life and fulfil your calling and destiny.
God has given you a Promised Land. It is a place flowing with milk and honey, where your every need can be met. A place where you can keep sin underfoot as you rule and reign with Christ. A place where no weapon formed against you will prosper. A place where you are seated with Christ in heavenly places, far above principalities and powers–far from oppression. The devil cannot defeat you unless you let him. All he can do is make empty threats (Colossians 2:15 / Matthew 28:18). So do not let him. Believe the Word of God instead. Use the Word and the Name of Jesus to drive the devil out of every detail of your life.
Do not let him dwell in your territory. Force him to pack up and go home. Start possessing your Promised Land! Fulfil your destiny. Fulfil God’s reason for creating you. Find it, then fulfil it.
You have absolutely no reason to cower before the devil. Jesus defeated and disarmed him through His death, burial, and resurrection. Do not live in fear, hopelessness, and defeat. It is not why God created you. Call on God, your creator. Then start where you are with what you have and know. Where or wherever you are, with what you have, is an excellent place to start. And God will surely help you, if only you will humble yourself and ask Him from a broken and contrite heart in faith to forgive you and help you forgive those who have wronged or abused you.
NO EXCUSES NOT TO BE USED BY GOD.
Abraham was old, Jacob was insecure, a trickster and a con man, Leah was unattractive (fat and with a big flat nose), and Joseph was abused and betrayed not once but several times. Moses stuttered and suffered from an identity crisis-not knowing if he was Hebrew or Egyptian. Gideon was broken, poor and disgusted with himself, everything, and everyone. Samson was co-dependant and allowed his third leg to do most of his thinking for him. Rahab was immoral and a big-time harlot. David (a man after God’s own heart) was a wife snatcher, murderer, and ended up with a seriously dysfunctional family of rapists and murderers. Elijah (who called down fire from Heaven) was suicidal. Jeremiah was depressed and always grumbling, and Jonah was a runaway reluctant AWOL. Naomi was a broken-down widow, while John the Baptist was eccentric, to say the least (and I am trying to be nice, because Jesus said he is the greatest of all men born of a woman-wow!). Peter (ha ha ha) – yes dear Peter was impulsive, hot-tempered, and foul-mouthed. Martha was a professional worrier, and the Samaritan Evangelist woman God used to bring revival to a whole city had several failed marriages (she was a big-time divorcee). Zacchaeus was unpopular, and a dwarf. Thomas (only God knows how Jesus tolerated him…lol) was a first-class doubter.
Now, if that is not a variety of MISFITS God has used mightily, then I do not know what is.
God has used each one of them powerfully in His service.
SO, WHAT ABOUT YOU? -yes YOU!
Let me tell you a little about YOU on God’s behalf.
God carefully mixed your DNA cocktail that created you.
God has given you abilities, interests, talents, gifts, personality, and life experiences (nothing-not one thing you have been through will ever be wasted in your life by God) for you and Him to use for His Glory.
Not only did God shape you before birth, but He also planned every day of your life based on the choices and decisions you will make to support His shaping process.
Nothing, therefore, that happens in your life is insignificant or an accident or coincidence. There is NOTHING like coincidence with God.
There is no word for coincidence in Hebrew (God’s language).
God uses everything from your birth, including your mistakes, to mould you for your Ministry to others and to shape you for your service to Him.
Every storm of life adds to the strength of your Anchor.
No man can avoid being born average, but no man has to stay average.
So, what do you and I need to do in the meantime, and in the face of all the overwhelming odds and challenges we face?
The answer is PREPARE, PREPARE, PREPARE, and WAIT expectantly for the time of your BURNING BUSH Epiphany or ENCOUNTER.
Preparation time is never wasted time.
Meanwhile, DO what you can, where you are, with what you have. God is with YOU.
He is watching over YOU jealously and arranging everything to be in perfect Divine timing. He knows what He is doing. He is everyday mindful of you. He knows YOU.
And you will soon shine. How can you be so certain, bro John? Well, you are still alive, aren’t you?
But remember, YOU CAN’T HAVE A GOD EXPERIENCE IN A WORLDLY ENVIRONMENT.
When the one who gave you, sight says, “follow me”, let me lead you in the way. It is time for “Blind faith”.
Jesus led the blind man out of Bethsaida before healing him (Mark 8:23). Could Jesus not heal the blind man in Bethsaida when He is God of the whole earth? What made Jesus, who had just stepped into Bethsaida, suddenly take hold of this blind man BROUGHT TO HIM, by THEY, and take him right out of Bethsaida?
One thing for sure, if you are truly and desperately in trouble and need Jesus’ help, you do not care if He speaks a word, spits on you, lays a hand on you, puts mud on your eyes, or tells you to pick up your mat, even if it is on the Sabbath. Moreover, you must turn aside to see Him. (EXODUS 3: 4).
There are FOUR separate instances of blind men being healed by Jesus. But notice that Jesus healed them differently each time.
1. THE BLIND MAN OF BETHSAIDA.
Mark 8:23-25
He (Jesus) took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village. When he spit on the man’s eyes and put his hands on him, Jesus asked, “Do you see anything?” He looked up and said, “I see people; they look like trees walking around.” Once more, Jesus put his hands on the man’s eyes. Then his eyes were opened, his sight was restored, and he saw everything.
2. THE MAN BORN BLIND.
John 9:6-7
“After saying this, he spat on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man’s eyes. “Go,” he told him, “Wash in the Pool of Siloam” (this word means “Sent”). So, the man went, washed, and came home seeing.”
3. JESUS HEALS THE TWO BLIND MEN.
Matthew 9:27-31
As Jesus went on from there, two blind men followed him, calling out, “Have mercy on us, Son of David!” When he had gone indoors, the blind men came to Him and asked them, “Do you believe I can do this?” “Yes, Lord,” they replied. Then He touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith, let it be done to you”; and their sight was restored. Jesus warned them sternly, “See that no one knows about this.” But they went out and spread the news about him all over that region.
4. BLIND BARTIMAEUS.
Mark 10:46-52
Jesus and his disciples went to Jericho. And as they were leaving, a large crowd followed them. A blind beggar named Bartimaeus, son of Timaeus, was sitting beside the road. When he heard it was Jesus from Nazareth, he shouted, “Jesus, Son of David, have pity on me!” Many people told the man to stop, but he shouted even louder, “Son of David, have pity on me!” Jesus stopped and said, “Call him over!” They called out to the blind man and said, “Don’t be afraid! Come on! He is calling for you.” The man threw off his coat as he jumped up and ran to Jesus. Jesus asked, “What do you want me to do for you?” The blind man answered, “Master, I want to see!” Jesus told him, “You may go. Your eyes are healed because of your faith.” Right away, the man could see, and he went down the road with Jesus.
Only God knows the reason for YOU. So let everyone answer to their Creator, who alone created them. And it is to Him alone that YOU must GO for the reason for your life.
THERE IS TREASURE IN EVERYBODY’S TRASH.
A closed mind will never receive anything from God.
Your in-look determines your outlook.
In God’s eyes, “Whatsoever is not based on faith is sin” (Romans 14:23 / Hebrews 11: 6).
Jesus said to him (and you and me), “Have you believed because you have seen me?” Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed. (John 20:29).
” But these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name. (John 20:31).
For we look not to the things that are seen, but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:18).
Jesus did not die and resurrect to help you cope with your difficult circumstances. He came to bring about a complete transformation in your life. A powerful, Glorious, Eternal Resurrection Life that nothing in this world can overcome. That Life is God Himself living inside and through you, enabling you to be a conquering, Victorious, Supernatural being who speaks, acts, and lives like Jesus because we share the same DNA. The whole point of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection was to see those who are downtrodden, those in bondage, those who think there is no possibility whatsoever that they could be loved by God or be the ones God uses, become, and live entirely, totally, and radically turned around, brand new lives.
Jesus did not come to change the past. But He did come to enable YOU to walk completely free from the negative effects of your past negative traumas, wounds, pains, and hurts. With God, ALL things are possible.
If you have the ZOE life of Jesus inside you, you are no more simply a result of your past experiences. Now you are the result of what Christ did on the cross. You are a new creation.
“Therefore, if anyone is, or is in Christ, the new creation has come, the old has gone, the new is here! (2 Corinthians 5:17) NIV.
This is the most glorious message God offers you and me. For God so loved the world that He gave His ONLY begotten son, that WHOSOEVER (you and me) believes in Him should not perish but have or come into Everlasting Life. (John 3:16)
So, forget about every failure, weakness, pain, hurts and wounds of the past, and ask God on your knees today Grace to live out His PLANS and PURPOSES for your life. He knows you and loves you more than you know! He is the Alpha and the Omega. He knows all things from the beginning to the end. Nothing escapes Him. (Hebrews 4: 13).
