The Ministry & The Faith
The Ministry
The Lord never told us to make converts. He called us to make disciples. Being a disciple is the plan of God for every Christian. At Eagle-Lion Ministries, we are committed to disciplining and mentoring people to have a deep working knowledge of God’s Word by the renewing of their mind (Romans 12: 2). We are committed to staying with them as they begin to live a life of victory and see themselves transformed into the image of God.
We teach, equip, and link our followers and partners to ministries and Christian literature, resources and materials that show and teach the principles of faith found in the WORD of God, which, when applied, brings real change, success, and victory.
We believe God can help or pull anyone out of any hole, challenge, situation, or problem. We are committed to showing everyone and anyone how God can help them live the life they have always dreamed of, and help them overcome every temptation, deception and obstacle that stands in the way.
Yes, you can live a life of victory.
All it takes is a willing and seeking heart that wants to learn how to operate under the authority of God’s WORD, and a little encouragement, guidance, and mentoring.
God is ready if you are willing, and we at Eagle-Lion Ministries are eager and ready to help you because, as we like to say, “Is there anything too difficult for God? Absolutely NOT!”
Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame.
Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood (your troubles, shame, guilt, etc). For your Maker is your husband (God)—the Lord Almighty is his name – the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; He is called the God of all the earth.
(Isaiah 45: 4 – 6) NIV
The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves.
He will take great delight in you, in his love. He will no longer rebuke you but will rejoice over you with singing.
I will remove from you all who mourn over the loss of your appointed festivals, which is a burden and reproach for you.
At that time, I will deal with all who oppressed you.
I will rescue the lame, I will gather the exiles.
I will give them praise and honour in every land where they have suffered shame.
At that time, I will gather you at that time, I will bring you home.
I will give you honour and praise among all the peoples of the earth when I restore your fortunes before your very eyes, says the Lord. ( Zehaniah 3: 17 – 20 ) NIV
I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness. I will take hold of your hand.
I will keep you and make you a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles to open blind eyes, free captives from prison, and release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.
( Isaiah 42: 6 – 7 ).

The Faith
The central characteristic or feature of faith is confidence or trust. “Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11: 1). In the Bible, the object of faith in God and his promises. One clear example of this is Abram’s encounter with God in Genesis 15. In response to God’s promise of countless descendants, Abram “believed the LORD, and He counted it to him as righteousness” (Gen 15: 6). In his comment, the Apostle Paul writes, “No unbelief made him waver in terms of the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith when he gave glory to God, fully convinced that God could do what he had promised” (Romans 4: 20-21). Therefore, faith means putting your trust in God and having confidence that He will fulfil his promises.
“Faith is the gaze of a soul upon a saving God.” – A.W. Tozer.
